April 2017 US Offshore Online Poker Payment Processing Report
The past month saw some minor improvement in U.S. online poker payment processing speeds. No sites saw a decline. We are entering the slowest time of the year for online gaming. This should help keep withdrawal speeds within a reasonable time frame at most poker sites.
Last month’s grades are in parenthesis. The March 2017 processing report may be found here.
Ignition Casino A+ (A+)
Ignition Casino continues to prove that it can consistently pay players in a timely manner. It is the U.S.-facing brand on the network known as PaiWangLuo, formerly known as Bodog.

Checks are still available, however, there have been no reports of withdrawals through this method in the past month. That may be due to the large number of bounced checks in recent months. The fee is $65 for a check withdrawal. Players may receive one free check per year.
Winning Poker still offers a debit card. Most players stopped using this method because Bitcoin is cheaper and has higher limits. Players that prefer debit cards can pay $40 to have one delivered. Each withdrawal costs $4.95 to process. There is a $3 fee for every ATM withdrawal. There is a $5 monthly maintenance fee.
Juicy Stakes C+ (C+)
Juicy Stakes is a member of the Horizon Poker Network. It is a sister site of Intertops. There is not much reason to play at Juicy Stakes. The maximum withdrawal is $1,000. The fee is $50 but it is waived once a month for active players. Intertops is a much better option because it has free Bitcoin withdrawals, more options and higher limits.
