January 2017 US Offshore Online Poker Payment Processing Report
U.S. offshore sites cashout speeds improved drastically since our last report in November 2016. This is due to the growth of Bitcoin use among American online poker players. In fact, many sites have few reports from any other method. The speed and convenience of Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals is leaving checks and bank wires obsolete. Some sites even process Bitcoin withdrawals free of charge.

Intertops is the flagship of the Horizon Poker Network. This platform was once known as Cake Poker and Revolution Gaming.

Checks are processed in about one week with a fee of $50. The maximum withdrawal by check is $3,000. Bank wires are processed in two to three weeks. The fee is $50 in addition to what other banks involved in the transaction charge.
Ignition Casino A+ (A+)
Ignition Casino is the Bodog Poker Network skin that accepts U.S. players. This poker site was once known as Bovada.
Bitcoin withdrawals are processed in one to three days. There is no fee involved in these transactions. The maximum amount is $9,500.
Checks are available in amounts up to $3,000. The fee is $50. Players may receive one free check every 120 days.
Bank wires are still available. There are no reports of cashout times for this method. The free Bitcoin withdrawal option has made bank wires obsolete.
